Optimise is our most selected plan, and it suits a business that is actively trying to grow. If you want to be climbing in local search rather than holding position, if your pricing or services change through the year, and if you would rather someone was looking at the numbers each month than nobody at all, this is the one.

What we actually do each month.

Everything in CareThe full foundation carries over: managed hosting, SSL, firewall, automated off-server backups, uptime monitoring and tested security patching. Optimise is Care plus active work, not a different arrangement.

Monthly performance tune-upEvery month we go through the site properly: clear out database bloat, re-optimise images that have been added, refresh the caching rules, and check Core Web Vitals against Google’s current thresholds. Sites get slower on their own as content is added — this is the work that quietly reverses that drift before anyone notices it.

Speed & SEO improvementsPage speed is a ranking factor and a conversion factor at the same time: a slow page costs you position in Google and loses the visitor who did click. Each month we work on load times and on the on-page basics — title tags, meta descriptions, heading structure, internal links, image alt text and schema markup — so the pages you already have compete harder for the searches you already want.

Minor content updatesPrices, opening hours, staff, service descriptions, a new phone number, a seasonal note on the homepage. Send it through and it goes live, without you learning a content editor or waiting for a quote on a fifteen-minute job. This is the item clients tell us they use most.

Software & plugin updatesBeyond the security patching in Care, we keep the whole stack current: the platform, the theme, every plugin and integration. We stage the updates, apply them in a safe order and verify the site afterwards — because the update that breaks a site is almost never the one that was skipped, it is the one applied without testing.

Monthly health reportA short, readable report at the end of each month: uptime, page speed scores, what we improved, what we updated, and anything we think is worth your attention. Written in plain language, not a forty-page automated PDF full of red graphs nobody reads.

How is Optimise different from Care?

Care keeps the site alive. Optimise improves it. You get the same hosting, security and backups, plus a monthly tune-up, speed and SEO work, content updates and a report on what changed.

What counts as a "minor" content update?

Text edits, price and hours changes, swapping an image, adding a team member, updating a service description — the kind of change that takes us under about half an hour. New pages, new sections and design work are quoted separately, or covered under Partner.

Will this get me to number one on Google?

Nobody can promise a position, and you should be wary of anyone who does. What we can do is make sure the technical and on-page work is done properly and consistently, which is what puts you in contention. Local search results also depend on your Google Business Profile, your reviews and your competitors.

How quickly do content updates go live?

Usually within one to two business days. Anything urgent, message us on WhatsApp and we will look at it sooner.

Is there a contract?

No. Month to month, upgrade or downgrade whenever you like.
