If a request is genuinely a new project — a full rebuild, an e-commerce system, a booking platform — we will tell you plainly and quote it separately rather than quietly letting it eat the retainer.
Most requests are handled the same or next business day. Urgent items — anything wrong that is live and visible — are looked at as soon as we see the message.
No. Meta Ads management sits in the Premium project package, and social media management is a separate add-on from R1,800 per month. Partner covers the website itself: we will build and update the landing pages your campaigns point at.
Yes, any time. Some clients run Partner through their busy season and drop back to Optimise afterwards. That is exactly how it is meant to work.
