Google Workspace set up on your domainYou get the Gmail interface your team already knows how to use, running on your own domain, with Drive, Calendar and Meet included. We handle account creation, domain verification and the initial configuration, and we set it up under your ownership so the account belongs to your business and not to us.

Mailboxes, aliases and groups planned sensiblyIndividual mailboxes for the people who need them, plus aliases and groups for the addresses that should reach more than one person — info@, accounts@, sales@. Aliases do not cost a licence, so we use them wherever they will do the job and keep your monthly bill down.

SPF, DKIM and DMARC — the part that gets skippedThese three DNS records tell the receiving mail server that mail claiming to be from your domain is genuinely yours. Without them, an increasing share of what you send goes to spam or is rejected outright, and anyone can forge your address. We configure and verify all three. This is the step that separates a working setup from one that quietly fails.

Your existing mail and contacts brought acrossIf you are moving from another provider, your existing mail, contacts and calendar are migrated so nothing is lost and history stays searchable. We plan the cutover to avoid a window where mail could bounce.

Every device connected and testedSet up and tested on the phones, tablets and computers your team actually uses, so mail syncs everywhere and no one is left checking a browser tab. We send and receive real test messages to and from external addresses before we call it done.

Is the R450 a monthly cost?

No, R450 is the once-off setup. Google Workspace itself is billed by Google per mailbox per month, directly to you. We will tell you the current per-user price before we start so there is no surprise, and we will structure your setup with aliases and groups to keep the number of paid mailboxes as low as it can be.

Do I need to buy a domain first?

You need one, but if you do not have it yet we can register it as part of the work. If we built your website you already have a domain and we can use it.

Will I lose emails during the switch?

No. Where you are moving from an existing provider we migrate your mail, contacts and calendar first and plan the cutover so there is no gap. Nothing is deleted at the old provider until you confirm everything has arrived.

Can I keep using Outlook instead of Gmail?

Yes. Google Workspace connects to Outlook and to the mail apps on iPhone and Android. You are not forced to change how you read your mail.

Why does my current email go to spam?

Almost always missing or incorrect SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, or mail being sent from a server not authorised to send for your domain. That is precisely what this setup fixes.
